View Article  Sorry to be Away
I am sorry I haven't been posting lately.  Once again I have no useable computer.  I am having one more tech in here today and then if he can't fix the problem, it goes directly into the trash.  I hope to be up and running again in a week or so.  Until then, keep up the fight as we get closer to what may prove to be one of the most important elections in era.

Leftists are doing all they can to legislate, litigate, and regulate the lives of all Americans.  I have noted this many times on these pages, offering an ever growing list of left wing controls.  These include attempted law suits, legislation and/or regulation pertaining to indoor and outdoor smoking, property ownership, automobile ownership, driving rights, helmet use, seatbelt use, home location, home size, and corporate health care expense.  In its efforts to control Americans, leftists are demonstrating a form of fascism.

Meanwhile, Muslim cab drivers at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport refuse to carry passengers who are carrying sealed bottles or cans of alcoholic beverages in their luggage.  They refuse because it is against their religion to be in the proximity of alcoholic beverages.

In the case of leftists, their desire to control stems, at least in part, from their rigid belief in the environment/health dogma associated with the religion of “fanatical environmentalism”.  In the case of Muslim cab drivers, their desire to control stems from their rigid belief in Islam.  Their actions are also acts of fascism.  Neither is better than the other.  Illegitimate control is control, regardless of its source.  Yet, the fascistic acts of both groups are legitimized by the media, various government bodies, and by the average American.

In truth, the acts of each group must both be feared and defeated by the sane among us.  Otherwise we will be living in a very different America in the very near future.

The Congressional Black Caucus wants President Bush to push Sudan to allow a U.N. “peacekeeping” force to help end the violence by Muslims in that country against blacks. The Congressional Black Caucus has condemned the President for working to end violence by Muslims against Muslims in the Middle East.  Is that racism?
