I am taking a brief break from the political.  I am so fed up with what is happening that I have to change focus.  Today I want to comment on yet another brewing "media" event.  Rosie O'Donnell has finally told the truth.  One of the hosts of "The View", Rosie said that  "If you keep serving people crap and telling them it's a meal, they're eventually going to think it is a meal."

Wait, my error...I thought she was talking about "The View".  No, she was talking about "American Idol".  Darn, wrong again. 

One thing is true.  "The View" serves up moronic conversation and commentary about things that none of the hosts know anything about.  Rosie is the most ignorant of all of them.  And yet she keeps making headlines.  So she IS right....crap becomes a meal for millions of American women who have nothing to do all day but sit and watch Rosie's crap. 

Another sad commentary on America.  Which still brings me back to politics.  It is morons like Rosie that feed Americans who don't read or look for facts crap day after day.  Whether it is crap about the rest of the media or about politics, it is people like Rosie that are undermining the moral fabric of our nation.  And by doing so, it is people such as her that are destroying America's resolve to fight the good fight against evil.

I am so fed up that I haven't been able to write for some time.  I spent a year in Vietnam, just to watch politicians and the media destroy the resolve of America to fight to win.  Now, the same thing is happening....morons like Nancy Pelosi who have no idea about what war is or why it is, condemns the President that is trying to defeat an enemy that is even more evil than the Communists we were fighting in Vietnam.  Politicians on both sides of the aisle are trying to preserve their political power by trying to back out of this war. 

This is not about politics.  It is about killing the bad guys before they kill us.  It is time for every day Americans to wake up and realize that this war is going to go on no matter what the politicians do.  The war will be brought to our shores if we leave Iraq unfinished like we left Vietnam unfinished.
