The bill that will change credit card rules has cleared Congress and will be signed by President Obama later this week. Of course, the bill was the brainchild of the President and the Democrat Congress. The bill will make it far more difficult for credit card companies to rightfully charge free-loaders and to at least try to hold them accountable for their irresponsibility. As a result, the credit card companies will be forced to shift focus, making up their losses by charging accountable and responsible Americans through higher interest rates and through new annual fees.
This is an important bill that is getting little attention, probably because of the fact that it is just one of many affronts to capitalism, responsibility and accountability. These losses of individual freedom are coming so fast that many Americans are just plain shell shocked. Others aren’t noticing because President Obama’s tone is so soft and so non-threatening as he takes away our rights. Worse, many Americans are starting to believe that this is normal and correct.
Here is what this latest affront really is: Another successful maneuver to redistribute the wealth. Remember, candidate Obama told Joe the Plumber that his intent is to redistribute the wealth. He tried to backslide on that phrase but anyone who has a brain knew it to be the real Obama. This new law will take money from those who are doing well (i.e., being responsible, paying their bills, and be accountable) and give it to those who are not doing so well (i.e., being irresponsible, not paying their bills, and not being accountable).
How obvious does it have to be and why is no one talking about it?
And wonder why many of us are calling the Democrat Party the National Socialist Party?
